What are Shamanic Rattles used for?
Shamanic rattles are traditional tools used in rituals, meditation, energy work, and healing practices. The sound they create is believed to shift energy, support journeying, and call in spirit or ancestral guidance.
What materials do you use?
Each rattle is handcrafted using natural hides such as horse, red stag, or reindeer, and locally sourced wood. We honour the spirit of every material and create each piece with care and intention.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes—creating bespoke rattles is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. You can specify the intention, materials, and style you’re drawn to, and I’ll guide you through the process to create a unique, spirit-led piece. Please contact us directly to begin your custom journey.
How long will it take to receive my rattle?
Most in-stock rattles are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Custom orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from the available delivery option(s) shown at checkout. Triskelion Rattles assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or for delays beyond our control.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally but at this time, we currently do not ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to recent changes in import regulations. We hope to find a solution in the future and appreciate your understanding.
How are the rattles packaged?
Each rattle is carefully packaged with care and respect for the spirit it holds. We use eco-conscious materials wherever possible, ensuring your rattle arrives safely, ready to be welcomed into your practice.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We understand that choosing the right Shamanic Rattle can be a personal and intuitive experience—it’s often not until you hold it in your hands that you know if it’s truly the right fit.
At Triskelion Rattles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your rattle or other item, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Please ensure the item is returned within 14 days, in unmarked and resalable condition. Once the item has been dispatched, it is your responsibility to return it to us. Return postage charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Returns received outside of the 14-day period may be exchanged, but not refunded. Please note that credit will only apply to the cost of the goods, and not to any shipping charges.
Custom-made or bespoke orders are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty. However, these items are still covered by our guarantee.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return and either a refund or an exchange.
How do I care for my rattle?
Keep your rattle dry and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme heat. Store it somewhere sacred, and if it gets dusty, gently wipe it with a dry cloth. If you’d like more care tips, feel free to ask.
Do you offer repairs or a guarantee?
Yes. All Triskelion Rattles come with a two-year guarantee. If your rattle is damaged through normal use within that time, I will repair it free of charge.
Because these are sacred, handcrafted tools, I believe in supporting their full journey with you. Please contact me with a photo and description of the issue, and we can arrange the next steps. Repairs beyond two years may still be possible for a fee.
